On November 8th, we observe Intersex Day of Solidarity. You, our allies and supporters, have many ways to support us. Every action, big or small, contributes to the improvement of the situation for intersex individuals in Russia and around the world.

Here is how you can help:

📚Learn as much as you can about intersex individuals and intersex variations, explore issues of sex and sexual characteristics. Familiarize yourself with books, articles, and films about intersex people.

📱Follow intersex organizations on social media and share their publications.

🤝Offer your time and skills to intersex organizations. We constantly need the services of volunteers—translators, editors and proofreaders of Russian text, designers, doctors, lawyers, psychologists, journalists, researchers, IT specialists.

💳If you have the opportunity, support intersex organizations financially. Such support seriously helps our work, especially in these difficult conditions.

💬 Talk to friends and relatives to raise awareness about intersex individuals in society. Use only accurate and verified information.

📢Share information on social media, use your pages to draw attention to the needs and issues of intersex individuals.

✊Learn and use the correct language to discuss intersex issues, encourage and educate others about it, and speak out against misinformation and discrimination of intersex individuals.

🤗If you personally know people with intersex variations, offer them your time, attention, and support. Remember that being intersex is a personal matter, and not everyone wants to discuss their experiences.
